I have had a great experience, this wonderful, fairly clean hotel deserves more than 3 stars. The staff were really good, they made me feel welcome. Overall it was perfect and immaculate, with a private bathroom. There was a great selection of bars and restaurants to choose from.

It's spacious hip new hotel, everything is brand-new here. The location is great and the staff are pretty friendly. Walking to Sunderland underground station takes about 10 minutes.
